In this month's Nation's Restaurant News (NRN) online site, Lisa Jennings reports on the comments made in a webinar conducted by Andrew Freeman, principal of consulting and public relations at tha Andrew Freeman and Co. firm. In the webinar, Freeman predicted a shift toward exotic menu items, in both food and cocktails. Indian food is gaining popularity on menus, as are infused cocktails and desserts.
