Each year the National Restaurant Association(NRA) sponsors the NRA Show, a gathering of those associated with all facets of the foodservice industry. This year's event is in Chicago starting on Saturday, May 22. It is taking place at McCormick Place and concludes on Tuesday, May 25. Branded as "The International Foodservice Marketplace", The 2010 NRA show hopes to have exhibits from over 1800 companies. Last year's show had over 37000 attendees and over 15000 exhibitors.
The NRA Show will showcase keynote speaker Charlie Rose, book signings, educational sessions, industry networking, and lots of great food. Restaurant equipment and supplies will be on display as many prominent vendors will be displaying their products. The Kitchen Innovations Pavillion will be showcasing the latest commercial kitchen equipment from such industry giants as Hobart, Manitowoc, and Alto-Shaam.
