Duke Introduces New Re-Thermalizer At NAFEM 2011

Wednesday, January 26, 2011 by US Foods CES

Duke Manufacturing plans on unveiling a new product at the 2011 NAFEM show taking place in Orlando, Florida from February 10 through 12. This revolutionary restaurant equipment product will help save thousands of gallons of water a year at your foodservice establishment, offering tremendous cost savings for operators. Duke has in turn created a super eco-friendly piece of commercial kitchen equipment for our environment.

Duke ManufacturingDri-Therm is a rethermalizer for bagged frozen food items. Two safety features are a value-added benefit of the new product- elimination of boiling water during operation will prevent burns or scalds by hot water, and reduction of water spillage on floors will prevent employee falls. Duke is a well recognized major manufacturer in the foodservice equipment industry and many of their products are featured at our Superior Products Restaurant Equipment and Supplies website.
